Our Return and Refund Policy

At Songline Studio, every product is a handcrafted object made with personal care and intention. Images on the website are a representation of the handcrafted object. Therefor individual differences can occur.

For EU customers:

If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason. To exercise this right, you must notify us at hello@songlinesstudio.com within the 14-day period.

Once we receive your returned item in its original condition, we will issue a full refund within 14 days, including standard delivery costs.

Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Note: The right of withdrawal does not apply to custom-made or personalized items.

Should this happen, please get in touch with us by email within 7 days of delivery. Please include your order number and photos showing the problem. We will look into it promptly and work with you on a solution, which will typically be a replacement or store credit.

For all other customers:

All sales are final except for items that arrive damaged or incorrect. Please contact us at hello@songlinesstudio.com within 7 days of delivery with photos.

We encourage all our customers to read the product descriptions closely before you buy. If anything is unclear, please ask us before you place your order. We are always happy to help.
